Silk Printing
Silk screening or silk imprint is the most popular imprint option; as, it offers vibrant, crisp colours and works with most products. This process prints layers of individual solid colors. Pad Printing
Pad printing is a printing process that transfers a logo onto a USB Flash Drive. This involves transferring the logo image to the USB Drive, using a silicone pad. Pad printing is used for printing on curved surfaces or surfaces with irregular shape or texture.
Full Color Printing
Full digital color printing is really great for those complicated logos which include gradients and blending. Also great for printing full colour photos, such as your latest product images.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving mostly works with wood and metal surfaces, but we also have had some success printing to flat surfaced ABS plastics and silicone. The laser engraving ensures the most durable logo on our USB Flash Drives. We use both a Yag and CO2 laser engraving machine, each with precision accuravy of ≤ 0.001mm.
Embossing
Our wristband drives are perfect for embossing! Your logo can be raised from the surface of our wristband and custom molded models giving them a classy touch that any executive would enjoy
Debossing
Debossing, also known as heat stamping, is only available for our leather products. The logo sits below the surface and there is no change to the color. This logo print method is very durable on leather.
Dome Printing
Epoxy dome printing is only available for selected models. The advantage of this method is that complicated logos can be printed, and then covered by epoxy domes, which can prevent the logos from scratching. Our epoxy resin dome is an Eco-friendly and Non-toxic 3D gel decal that looks like a crystal. Combined with high quality printing and our 3M self-adhesive backing, our epoxy domes are UV weather resistant and durable anti-scratch labels.
Illumination Print
The Illumination Print Option allows your logo to shine through the surface of the USB Drive whenever it is plugged into a computer. As well, your logo will flash as data is transferred to or from your USB Flash Drive.

Full Color Printing
Using a high resolution photos and graphics, we are able to transfer photos, gradients, complex patterns, and anything else that you can design. Printing full colour removes the limitation and cost of multi-color design, and allows you to access your creativity. This method of printing works best with or Card series of USB Flash Drives.
Personalized Laser Engraving

Using an advanced laser printing system we are able to load a spreadsheet of information and engrave each USB Drive with unique information.
